Certified Master Coach, DEIB Practitioner, Intuitive, Safe place to rest!

Hi, I’m Ciara gogan.

I’ve created this space for us because it’s something that I needed as a DEI practitioner. A space to simply BE. To be understood, to be able to lay down the cape for a while and be real and raw. But who am I, who is Ciara?

I am an intuitive, caring, empathetic person. I am passionate about making a positive impact. I had an experience recently that reconnected me with my exuberance for life (I’m happy to share more about this if you’re curious!), and needed to channel that energy into something for my community of fellow DEI warriors. I am a certified coach, and DEI practitioner. I’m an immigrant and a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I often have a unique perspective on things, and use that perspective to create awareness, to create the space that allows us to be wrong, uncertain, and real. And to find connection with each other.

We take on so much for others…responsibility for people’s sense of belonging, their ability to have a voice, their feeling of being valued, and so much more! But what do we do for ourselves? Not enough in my opinion, so I am offering my services to allow you to be supported for a change, instead of doing all the supporting.

One of my favorite things to do is to shine a light on other people’s superpowers. So often we don’t see our own brilliance because we think it’s ordinary, at least that’s true for me. And if it’s true for me I know it’s true for others too.

I am so excited to be doing this, and cannot wait to meet you at Uplift DEI.

Why I created this space…

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could all find a place to just...exhale? A soft landing where we can lay down our capes, be our true selves, messy and beautiful and real, without fear of judgment, even if just for a while. That's the kind of space I am creating, a place where DEI and social justice warriors can shed the armor of expectation, and remember the strength that lies within our vulnerability, so that we can replenish ourselves, unleash our creativity, and continue to contribute our unique gifts.

This is what I need, and know others do to.
